Mobile App Gains Ground with Residents
I wanted to acknowledge Equity's continuing goal in providing its residents with what I believe is the best, and in my opinion, unequaled access to their residential accounts. Providing alternative means to your customers for accessing their accounts whether it is using a computer, and now with a smart phone device allows them to review, submit work requests, update their account, and pay their balances even when they are not near a computer is a fantastic option in my opinion. This is truly something that I value and look for now in this day and age. I just wanted to say thank you and express some thoughts on this new service. I am sending this using my Blackberry.
